The Answers You Are Looking For; Lives In Your Energy Field

Work with Me

I offer energy healings that connects you back to yourself and meet you where you are too.

I work with the Modern Mystery School taught healing modalities such as Crystal Healing, Life Activation, Ensofic Reiki and more

I offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching with focus on the energetic body to unlock your potential.

Having worked in both People & Talent as well as Energy work, I found it powerful merging the two.

It’s important to pause, find joy in the little things and learn to connect to ourselves through creative work, community, mediation and more.
